Question 1

Where is Santorini Estate?

Accepted Answer

It is on Ocean Drive in the Shaka's Rock/Ballito area beside Thompson's Bay. The location marker follows the named estate place linked by Santorini's own website, not an individual apartment.

Question 2

Are pets or holiday letting allowed?

Accepted Answer

Check the current written estate and scheme rules for the property before buying or signing a lease.

Question 3

Do all properties have the same views and access?

Accepted Answer

No. Check each apartment's orientation, floor level, stairs, parking and route to the shared facilities.

Question 4

Which facilities does the official website identify?

Accepted Answer

It identifies a pool at Perissa, beach access, an outdoor gym, whale-viewing deck, braai areas, a laundromat and trailer parking. Confirm the current facilities and access arrangements relevant to the apartment.
